Rabbit anti-GbetaL Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A300-679A-T maps to a region between residues 275 and the C-terminus (residue 326) of human G protein Beta subunit-like using the numbering given in entry NP_071767.2 (GeneID 64223).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to GbetaL immobilized on solid support.

Additional Product Information
GbetaL (G-protein beta-subunit-like) is a member of the WD-repeat family of proteins that share a highly conserved tryptophan-aspartate repeating motif that mediates the assembly of multiprotein factors.
Alternate Names
G protein beta subunit-like;gable;GbetaL;GBL;LST8;mammalian lethal with SEC13 protein 8;mLST8;POP3;protein GbetaL;target of rapamycin complex subunit LST8;TORC subunit LST8;WAT1
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using an anti-Rabbit IgG Light Chain HRP-conjugated antibody with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
